Derek McClure, FNP-C, or Karen Strickland, CNS RN-C, urgently, outside of normal office hours, you may call the message service at 866-435-1459.

The message service will attempt to contact the provider of your choice,
and they will return the call as soon as possible.

Please understand, however, the providers may not always be available to return a call immediately.  We have an agreement with Ashe Memorial Hospital to evaluate our patients who might require admission outside of normal clinic hours.  But if you have a life-threatening emergency and are unable to contact a provider, proceed immediately to the nearest emergency facility.
